Peru is on equal footing with Thailand when it comes to the quality of education. Both countries failed the PISA ranking with poor performances in subjects like reading, math and science. Like Thailand, Peru shows a significant increase in enrolees for both primary and secondary schooling. Nevertheless, 1/3 of the population of school children from ages 5 to 17 are working. This means the children are enrolled but fail to attend their classes. Peru has 93.6% of happy students.
