It was popularized by Survivor and was the theme song for the hit film, Rocky III. Since its release, it gained tremendous popularity. It topped the charts across the world in 1982. In the US alone, it was in the Billboard Hot 110 chart top ran for 6 consecutive weeks. It has also won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance. In 1986, there was a film of the same title that was released.
