4. Learn to cook for yourself
Listen, eating take-out or getting pizza every so-often is great but like with all good things, it should come in moderation. Learning how to cook isn’t just for being physically healthy but also about being more independent and having self-confidence. You don’t have to take the big leap and prepare a fancy gourmet dinner. Contrary to what I said earlier in this article, watch a Food Network ad on Facebook or watch a YouTube video on recipes and see if you can do it. It’s as simple as following the recipes and checking if the picture and what’s on your kitchen counter match.
