Monterrey, Mexico
It doesn’t seem likely to find a Mexican city on the list considering the political turmoil in the country and the drugs crisis being faced. However, Monterrey is unique in a sense that they have focused more on hope and faith to survive the challenges in life. They have gone through a lot but most people remain optimistic. They even say that they just laugh at sickness and poverty, or even death.
