Scientists
Scientists are just like artists. Why? Because they create what is in their minds. They spend a lot of time studying the science they plan to get involved in. They then focus their attention on their job which is simply an extension of their college days. Sometimes scientists hit a stonewall like lack of funding. The good news is that they can shift to other projects by helping other scientists.
