There’s no reason for Californians to frown. After all, they have a booming economy and unemployment rate is low. California is also a multicultural state which is more accepting and tolerant. The government being one of the most progressive in the US provides extensive health care system and has just increased the minimum wage. In the last election, recreational marijuana has also been approved in the state.
