One of the reasons why North Dakotans are generally happy is because of the state’s sense of community and activeness in recreational activities. It is a perfect blend of progress and serenity. We might have heard the state being on the frontline recently due to the pipeline that was under heavy protest. Though it was intense, those protests were more of an exemption than the norm.
